Cancellation Policy
Weekly Subscription
(a) Order Cutoff. Weekly subscription order cutoff is Sunday at 11:59 PM of each week.
(b) Renewal & Cancellation Timing. Your weekly subscription will automatically renew every week until you cancel. You will be charged again on your renewal date, exactly one week from the order cutoff above. To avoid the next charge, you will need to cancel before that renewal date and time.
Monthly Subscription
(a) Order Cutoff. Monthly subscription order cutoff is on the 20th day of each month at 11:59 PM.
(b) Renewal & Cancellation Timing. Your monthly subscription will automatically renew every month until you cancel. Timing of cancellations and renewals depends on what day of the month the order was placed:
- If you order before the order cutoff for the current month, you will be charged again on the first day of the following month at 11:59 PM. To avoid the next charge, you will need to cancel before the 20th day of the current month at 11:59 PM.
- If you order after the order cutoff of the current month, you will be charged again on the first day of the 2nd following month at 11:59 PM. To avoid the next charge, you will need to cancel before the 20th day of the following month at 11:59 PM.
How to Cancel
(a) Account Portal. Cancellations can be made online through your account portal at any time.
(b) Effect of Cancellation. Cancellation stops future subscription renewals. Orders already processed for purchasing, production, fulfillment, or delivery are not eligible for cancellation or refund due to the perishable nature of our products.
(c) Skipping Deliveries. Customers may skip upcoming deliveries through their account portal without cancelling their subscription.
Delivery Issues
(a) Reporting a Problem. If a delivery is delayed, damaged, missing, or contains an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@lowfodmapmeals.com. We may request photographs of damaged items or packaging to evaluate the claim.
(b) Events Outside Our Control. We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, natural disasters, carrier disruptions, or other events outside our reasonable control, although we will make reasonable efforts to assist customers affected by such events.
