Why I Started Low FODMAP Meals
During my career as a gastroenterologist, I’ve had the privilege of caring for thousands of people navigating digestive challenges.
Over time, I saw a clear pattern: many individuals were eager to explore dietary strategies to support their digestive wellness- yet implementing those changes in everyday life was often overwhelming and confusing.
The Low FODMAP Diet is widely recognized and supported by strong clinical research. But in practice, people frequently struggled with meal planning, ingredient lists, and the time required to prepare appropriate foods.
I founded Low FODMAP Meals to simplify that process - to make evidence-informed eating practical, accessible, and enjoyable. My goal is to extend the impact beyond the walls of a clinic and help more people feel confident in the foods they choose every day.
